Hat Care Tips:
1. You do not ever want to keep your hat right side up on whatever surface you keep it on. The reason for this is because it will cause the brim to flatten. So, the best idea is to just store it upside down and make sure that the surface is clean, or just keep it in a hat box.
2. Whenever any dust or dirt gets on your felt hat, just remove it by using a clean felt brush. Just always remember to brush counterclockwise to prevent any damage that can occur while brushing.
3. Whatever you do, DO NOT allow your hat to get near any major source of heat like the stove in your kitchen, car windows that have been sitting in the sun, or even a heater or hot lamp inside your house. This is because the perspiration or the heat itself has a tendency to shrink the sweatband inside your hat, which will make it fit too tight and will be very uncomfortable to wear.
4. Be sure to hold your hat at the brim whenever you are carrying it by hand. You do not want to handle it by the crown, or the top of the hat, because you may unintentionally damage it.
