Country music super star Kenny Chesney was born in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1968 and raised in the nearby small town of Luttrell. Kenny Chesney didn’t have the immediate breakout success that many of his fellow music stars enjoyed, but you would not have known that at the CMA fest in Nashville Tennessee. After signing with major labels, he gradually built up a significant following via hard work, pop style ballads, and a likable, normal guy personality. Many of the fans at CMA Fest said he put on a great show and want to see him again next year. We hope he will come back next year and bring that famous Kenny straw hat too.
